Last month, I jokingly said that I could make the unemployment rate drop to 7% overnight. Just take a few million people out of the labor force. Well…in this latest report, somehow 1.2 million people left the labor force…taking the unemployment rate even lower. I will let you decide if there is political shenanigans going on. I just know know that logically, if things were actually getting much better, more people get back INTO the labor force…not the other way around.
